Emily Fredrick, age 84, of Gaylord, died July 29, 2008 at McReynolds Hall in Gaylord.

Emily was born and raised in West Virginia and moved to Michigan in the late 1940’s.

She was a member of the St. Mary Cathedral and the Daughters of Isabella. Emily enjoyed reading and playing games.

Emily is survived by her children, Tom (Carrie) of Sumner, and Jon Keith of Gaylord.

She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Ronald Bibbee of Florida, Floyd Bibbee of Pennsylvania, Dona Tysinger of Nebraska, and Marlene (Bob) DeLair of Michigan; as well as by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Emily was preceded in death by her husband, James, in 2005, as well as by both parents.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1, 2008 at 1 p.m. from St. Mary Cathedral, Father John McCracken officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday at St. Mary Cathedral beginning

at 10 AM until the time of service.
