GAYLORD — Defending state-champion Gaylord is tied for the No. 2 ranking in the first girls cross country poll of the season, by michigancrosscountry.com.
Grand Rapids Christian is ranked No. 1 in Division II, with Gaylord sharing No. 2 with Ada Forest Hills Eastern.
Gaylord's Big North Conference foe Traverse City Central is ranked No. 1 in Divsion I
The Division 2 poll is as follows.
