GAYLORD -- Christina Johnson of Gaylord and Buddy Pardo of Gaylord were married on July 18 at Treetops Resort in Gaylord. The Rev. Kyle Denholm officiated the double-ring ceremony.

A reception at Treetops Convention Center followed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Rita Johnson of Gaylord and the groom is the son of Ralph and Mary Pardo of Gaylord.

The bride wore a lace wedding dress, a tiara veil and carried orchids.

She was given in marriage by her father. Her maid of honor was Lisa Daly of Gaylord. Also attending the bride was Heather Baird of Grand Rapids. Flower girl was Morgan Samkowiak of Gaylord.

Best man was Josh Pardo of Little Rock, Ark. Also attending the groom was Brandon Lewandowski of Gaylord and Craig Tewksberry of Gaylord. Ring bearer was Zach Johnson of Gaylord.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Gaylord High School and a 2006 graduate of Bene’s International School of Beauty. She is employed at Northern Michigan Family Dentistry in Gaylord.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Gaylord High School. He is employed by Sunrise Construction in Gaylord.

The couple honeymooned in the Florida Keys and now reside in Gaylord.
