From Matthew, Chapter 6:3-4 “But when you give to those in need, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.”

What a wonderful community to belong to. I truly believe your rewards will be great. Gaylord you have outdone yourself in such a way that I’m sure the Lord will shine upon you.

In her time of need the residents of this wonderful community answered the call so unselfishly. Carol Worde was diagnosed with a terminal cancer, but she’s far from being a typical terminal patient. Carol lives each day in the moment and enjoys them thoroughly. Her smile is contagious and generous. As her friend and co-worker, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart which is filled with the outpouring of love from our generous community. Many of you donated money; a lot of you donated items for the silent auction; all of you gave freely and generously. For that, I thank you and appreciate you.
