GAYLORD -- It took Rudi Edel all of one week to get over the “guilt I was having” following retirement as Otsego County trial court administrator and magistrate.

GAYLORD -- The Otsego County Road Commission will rig its fleet with global positioning system (GPS) capable radios to make snowplowing more efficient, and will take advantage of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) match funds for the upgrade.

GAYLORD -- Construction resumed this week on the I-75 crossing project at McCoy Road.

GAYLORD -- Setting your GPS coordinates next week to 45, as in “Alpenfest 45th on the 45th,” should help lock onto guaranteed good times at this year’s festival in the Alpine Village.
